In the wake of looters invading and defacing more than 150 businesses in Santa Monica, Calfornia as a Black Lives Matter protest took the attention of the Police on May 31, the destruction has given birth to beauty as a kind of protestor graffiti art gallery has sprung up on the boarded-up properties. The protests against police brutality were sparked by the death of George Floyd while in police custody in Minneapolis.
